Dr. Sara Rabinovitch, PhD

Welcome! Thank you for visiting! I work best with clients who are motivated & ready to be honest with themselves in order to grow & thrive. You can expect sharp clinical precision, collaboration, deep human kindness and realness, & radical open-mindedness.

I am a licensed clinical psychologist & professor at USC Keck School of Medicine. I am also a certified Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher with 15+ years of formal mindfulness training. I specialize in in research-supported cognitive behavioral and mindfulness-based therapies (CBT, DBT, MBCT, ACT). I work with adults & teens treating OCD, panic, health anxiety, social phobia, chronic pain, stress & PTSD/trauma. I enjoy working with folks from all walks of life including the LGBTQI+ community.

I have a robust background in clinical science. I received my Ph.D from the University of Oregon and my B.A. from New York University. I completed pre-doctoral training through the the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) & postdoctoral training at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center. I am formally trained in MBSR through the Center for Mindfulness at UCSD School of Medicine.

Dr. Katelyn Anderson, PhD

Are you a young adult, teen, or parent of a child struggling with anxiety, depression, chronic pain, negative body image, disordered eating, or gender identity? You're in the right place. Struggling with body & health concerns, and identity issues can feel scary, confusing and destabilizing. You may feel lost, discouraged and frustrated having exhausted most of your options to get back to health and wellbeing. You can get better, and you will, with solid evidence-based therapy. I am an expert pediatric and young adult psychologist with extensive health knowledge - specializing in therapy that is short-term & research-supported.

I am expert in CBT & ACT for anxiety & depression, & family-based treatment (FBT) for eating disorders. I have years of experience working in universities, eating disorder treatment programs, and children's hospitals. I support clients with easy-to-understand skills and interventions. I will partner with you to help you get back to a life worth living.

I have supported hundreds of young people & families - both inpatient and outpatient. I am incredibly hopeful for you and your family. With effective evidence-based treatment, my expertise, and your courage, you, your child or teen will get better. I look forward to hearing from you.

Hello! I am an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor, training to become a licensed evidence-based therapist for athletes & young adults under Dr. Sara!

I am passionate about working with clients struggling with self esteem, life transitions, depression, anxiety, & self-love. 

As a former D1 athlete and having 3+ years of experience working with elite-level athletes in clinical & sport psychology settings, I understand the unique performance pressures athletes face on top of balancing life outside of sport.

My mission is to offer a judgment-free zone for clients to find empowerment & confidence.
